Merit Selection Committee

Peter J. Lynch, a shareholder in CPMY, recently served on the Merit Selection Committee considering the reappointment of U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert B. Kugler, of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The Committee was composed of members of the bar as well as private citizens and was appointed by Chief United States District Judge Anne E. Thompson.
