Pabarue Speaks at Pennsylvania Bar Institute's 15th Annual Employment Law Institute

James A. A. Pabarue, a founding shareholder of Christie, Pabarue, Mortensen and Young, A Professional Corporation, spoke at the recent Pennsylvania Bar Institute's 15th Annual Employment Law Institute held at the Philadelphia Convention Center. Mr. Pabarue, who heads the firm's Employment Litigation practice, presented a program with Dr. Melissa M. Gomez of MMG Jury Consulting entitled "If Only I Had Known That When Discovery Was Still Open!-Using Jury Research to Effectively Plan Discovery and Guide Settlement Decisions". This is the fifth year that Mr. Pabarue has presented at this PBI conference.
