Kimberly Mogck concentrates her practice in the representation of physicians, hospitals, laboratories and other healthcare-related entities in litigation matters. Ms. Mogck has experience in all aspects of the litigation process from inception through trial, including investigation of claims, formulation of defenses, conducting and defending of depositions, negotiation of settlements, appearances in court, assisting in trials, and handling of appeals.

Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Mogck served as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Pre-Trial, Juvenile and Trial divisions during her tenure. While at the District Attorney’s Office, she tried many felony and misdemeanor cases. Ms. Mogck also has experience serving as Judicial Law Clerk for two judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County.
After leaving the District Attorney’s Office in 2002, Ms. Mogck had experience in a variety of general litigation matters, including medical malpractice defense, personal injury, contracts, real estate and criminal defense.
