William F. McDevitt

William McDevitt is a member of the firm's professional liability group, concentrating his litigation practice on providing representation to attorneys in professional negligence, breach of contract, wrongful use of civil proceedings (Dragonetti), abuse of process and regulatory suits (including claims brought under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act and Consumer Protection Law). Mr. McDevitt has also handled asbestos liability defense, medical malpractice defense, construction litigation, malpractice claims brought against architects, insurance agencies and other licensed occupations, and residential liability.
