Thad Weaver has a broad range of experience representing corporations and individuals in litigation, often involving complex factual and legal issues. Mr. Weaver's work includes advising insurance companies as to their rights and duties in a wide variety of coverage disputes, including environmental, toxic tort, products, financial, advertising and contractual indemnity claims. In addition, he has experience in commercial and tort litigation, including construction, employment, professional liability, corporate governance, uniform commercial code, anti-trust, real estate and intellectual property matters.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Weaver has also advised clients on such diverse issues as non-profit corporate governance and management, and the protection and use of intellectual property.

Mr. Weaver joined the firm in 1994.
