Richard Green is an associate in the firm’s New Jersey office, focusing on commercial trucking defense. In that capacity, he has represented a number of commercial trucking clients, as well as their insurance carriers, in matters before state and federal courts in New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Green handles a variety of general and complex litigated matters, including commercial contracts and insurance coverage.
