Marie Sarkees Barbich has extensive experience representing insurance carriers and other companies in complex insurance coverage and direct defense matters involving environmental property damage, lead paint exposure, construction defects and employment disputes. Ms. Barbich handles all aspects of litigation and has substantial experience in pre-litigation mediation and settlement negotiations. Ms. Barbich has also handled matters for clients involving contractual and business issues.

Ms. Barbich joined the firm in 1999 after working at a general practice law firm in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where she handled various types of litigation, including contractual, commercial, insurance and domestic relations disputes.
