Marc L. Bogutz is a member of the Board of Directors of the law firm and chairs the firm's Professional Liability Defense Group. Mr. Bogutz's practice areas include defending attorneys and other professionals, legal ethics, bad faith litigation, insurance law and business and commercial litigation. Mr. Bogutz is a frequent speaker at county bar association programs and individual law firms on malpractice avoidance and ethics issues. Mr. Bogutz is Chair of the Professional Liability Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a former member of one of the Hearing Committees of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
