Justin McGlynn has broad experience representing clients in a variety of defense litigation areas, including motor vehicle, medical malpractice and premises liability claims. He has handled complex medical malpractice cases involving claims of negligence, failure to obtain informed consent, and wrongful death and survival. Mr. McGlynn has also defended claims for uninsured and underinsured benefits on behalf of motor vehicle insurers and the Pennsylvania Financial Responsibility Assigned Claims Plan. His experience includes the litigation of numerous personal injury matters occurring at restaurants and property damage claims involving government agencies.
