Jack McNamara has extensive litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels. He has handled and tried a wide variety of commercial, casualty, and bad faith cases representing product and component manufacturers, restaurants, stores and supermarkets, insurance agents and brokers, and insurers. Many of these cases involved catastrophic injury and death claims. He has also defended food product liability cases involving the alleged contamination of, or foreign objects in, food products. Mr. McNamara has also handled numerous construction site injury and death cases, representing general contractors, sub-contractors, design professionals and manufacturers of pre-engineered steel buildings, in cases presenting defective or negligent design, materials and workmanship theories.
