John C. Falls

John Falls focuses his practice predominantly on product liability and toxic tort litigation. He handles all aspects of litigation and has broad pretrial and trial experience in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as in several other jurisdictions. Mr. Falls has been involved in significant motions and appellate practice, including oral argument on numerous trial-level motions and at the appellate level before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, the New Jersey Appellate Division and the Supreme Court of West Virginia. Mr. Falls also has extensive experience representing insurance company clients in complex insurance coverage matters involving environmental property damage, construction defect and toxic tort claims.
