John A. Miller

John Miller's practice has focused on insurance defense litigation for more than 25 years. His principal area of concentration has been the defense of clients involved in all facets of the transportation industry, including trucking and shipping and the representation of common carriers. Mr. Miller's areas of practice also include product liability, admiralty and construction litigation.

Mr. Miller has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. He is a member of a number of trial attorney organizations, including the Defense Research Institute, the New Jersey Defense Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has also served as an arbitrator for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Superior Court of New Jersey and the American Arbitration Association.
