Samantha Conway focuses her practice on medical malpractice and premise liability defense. Ms. Conway is experienced in handling and advising clients on all aspects of the litigation process, from the inception of the matter through the appellate process. Ms. Conway has also handled contract disputes, defense of asbestos claims and insurance disputes.

Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Ms. Conway served as a judicial law clerk for a Judge in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County and practiced at two Philadelphia based defense firms where she handled general litigation matters including medical malpractice defense, personal injury, asbestos defense, and premise liability.
