Anneliese Munczinski

Anneliese Munczinski concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation matters representing insurance companies. Many of these matters involve insurance coverage disputes relating to environmental property damage, bad faith allegations, asbestos and toxic tort liabilities, and contribution claims. Ms. Munczinski also has experience handling mass tort suits involving silica exposure. Ms. Munczinski devotes a portion of her practice to premises liability and employment-related matters.

Ms. Munczinski joined the firm in 2005 after working as an associate at a general practice firm based in Morristown, New Jersey. During law school, Ms. Munczinski served as a law clerk for Vice Chancellor, now Justice, Jack B. Jacobs of the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court.
